What We Need:

 

SPRING 2019   HERE IS THE CURRENT HOT LIST (not necessarily in order of priority)

1) Demand Water Heater -$2000 - hot water for Food Safety Compliance and back up radiant floor heat source

2) Commercial Size Refrigerator - $1000 - for Post Harvest Handing and storage
3) Dry well for greenhouse drainage and sinks - $2000 - Food Safety Compliance as a gray water system 

4) Greenhouse glazing/covering - $3500 - polycarbonate or double layer films for better winter heat retention 

5) Growing Equipment - $3000 - Additional 250 10x20 growing trays, soil press for planting, cart for moving product, cleaning station for washing and drying product post harvest (bubbler washing tub, spin dryer, drying bench, fans ), 

6) Assistant Grower - somebody with a strong sense of commitment and a passion for not just growing food, but also doing it with ecologically sound principles and net negative carbon foot print (or at least a steady progression towards that goal) as well as a serious dose of grit.
